Lewis and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with. They took delivery of my mother in laws brand new G-Wagon fully prepped it and did a full coverage PPF and well as the pictures show they absolutely nailed it, every detail every trim every curve is immaculate and seamless. Not only this but their units are very clean and professional which means the finish under the PPF is perfect and that when you go to pick your car up you are able to inspect every single last detail in their state of the art lighting bay. Arranged to have my red 2025 Audi E-Tron GT wrapped with PPF. Amazing attention to detail with the wrap. They couldn't do enough for me and really cared about the finish and the process. They also helped me with a small bit of damage on the front splitter that was repaired like new. All the staff at Diamond Cut Detailing genuinely care about cars and the finish. Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results. As someone who is extremely meticulous about my vehicles, I am very selective when choosing a detailing specialist. After speaking with Lewis and discussing the various protection options available, I was confident that Diamond Cut was the right choice for my new BMW M4. The vehicle was taken directly from the dealership to Diamond Cut, where it underwent a comprehensive new car protection package, including Titan PX10 ceramic coating and XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF). Having taken delivery of my new M4 Comp, I wanted the ultimate protection for the car. I called Lewis who said it was best to get the car in and protected as quickly as possible, and that he would do everything he could to make sure I wasn’t without it any longer than needed. Lewis & his Team worked relentlessly, even over the weekend to get the car prepped and protected. The attention to detail is absolutely mind blowing, Lewis is an absolute perfectionist and it shows in his work. The car has been fully protected with PPF, then coated with Titan coatings. The end result is fantastic, the car looks absolutely unreal, the prep, treatment, PPF and coatings have really emphasised the colour (which will hopefully stay as bright as it is now and not fade, thanks to the UV protection offered by the PPF & Coating. Inside, the Team fitted stealth PPF to the screen which looks fantastic and protects against fingerprints (a constant annoyance with touch screens!), and the carbon interior has also been covered with full PPF. All leather, windows etc have been fully coated. As well as being driven (a lot!), the car is very much a show car and the PPF & coating makes show prep so much easier, the car doesn’t seem to get anywhere near as dirty as it would normally, rain just slides off and even the lightest clean and dry brings it back to looking absolutely fantastic and show ready really quickly. I think with PPF and coatings it really is a case of getting what you pay for … there are some super cheap options out there that won’t be done anywhere near as well or last anywhere near as long. When you’re spending serious money on a pride and joy car, you want to keep it looking as good as you possibly can, and therefore in my opinion the investment of good PPF and coatings - coupled with a perfect install - is absolutely worth the money. The service received from Diamond was second to none, they are a fantastic professional friendly team who know all there is to know about protecting and detailing cars, and I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you want a top job doing and care about your car, don’t even think about going anywhere else!

I purchased my used Tesla Model Y direct from Tesla and the preparation was woeful at best. I took the car to Lewis and the team at Diamond Cut Detailing, and they worked an absolute miracle. The stage 1 polishing and front-end PPF look fantastic. Honestly, the car looks brand new now—every single mark, swirl, and scuff has completely disappeared. I have previous experience of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating, as I had both done on my Tesla back in 2022. As we intend to keep the new Macan S for some years I decided to do the same on the new car. My previous installer was no longer able to do it so I searched to find someone in the Exeter area as that was where the car was to be purchased from. Diamond Cut Detailing (DCD) are only a few hundred yards from Porsche Exeter on the Marsh Barton industrial estate (where just about every car dealership is located) and a visit to see their premises and a talk to Lewis Franklin, the DCD director, convinced me that they would be a good fit. I wanted a full front end PPF covering - bonnet, front bumper, wings and mirrors. I excluded the headlights as Lewis advised that Porsche apparently will not entertain any issues with headlights if they have had PPF applied - something to do with delamination I think. DCD use XPEL Ultimate Plus and it has a 10 year warranty. I must say that they have done an incredible job - as any PPF installer will tell you, the Macan bonnet is one of the most difficult jobs to do because it is one-piece covering not just the bonnet but part of the wings also. I think only XPEL makes a sheet big enough to cover it in one. How they get all the bubbles out beats me - I find it difficult enough to fit a screen cover on my iPhone! Once the PPF was done the whole car received a Titan PX10 ceramic coating which has a lifetime warranty (not sure whose, mine or the car!). They also gave it full glass protection and removed the wheels and used Titan Pyro PX10 on the alloys and callipers to repel water and dirt. The professionalism of DCD is amazing - the premises have all the lighting and equipment needed and Lewis kept me informed every day with what had been done - and sent numerous photos during and after the work was completed. The whole team are so dedicated to producing great results and it’s no wonder that they are picking up business from dealerships as well as individuals like me. They liaised closely with Porsche Exeter to make sure the work was completed on time, ready for my collection day. Nothing is too much trouble and I now want some PPF installed on the centre console and Lewis has found that XPEL have a template for that also. They are competitive on price, but the primary thing for me was to find an installer who was good. I can certainly say that DCD are better than good - they are amazing and I can thoroughly recommend them. And now to the inside. Although the centre console looks great with its shiny piano black finish, it is a magnet for fingerprints and even worse, scratches. But Lewis managed to source a ready-cut PPF template which he applied to the surface and it is now protected from any scratches and seems not to attract fingerprints as much also. Thanks guys! Great job again! Now the inside is as well protected as the outside!
